Dear Listers:
I am looking for a connection between
The family of PASSMORE & SMITH which would
have occured in the early part of the 1800,s. I have
a number of relatives who were named SMITH but had the
middle name of PASSMORE. Obviously a relationship by
marriage. The ROBERT SMITH my GGrandfather was
born in Ireland (1828) served in the British Army in India etc.
& married an ELIZABETH BATTY who was born in Scotland.
in 1841. The relationship could also have been between the
BATTY'S & the PASSMORES.
