Pirma is a place name in Saxony. "und Militär" means "and military". The
rest of the phrase doesn't make any sense (I live here in Gemany and am
fluent in German.)

I think you have a faulty transcription as far as the second word is
concerned. If you have the original document, please send me a pdf.file
of it so I can see what it really says.

I found "und Militar" in my German American Dictionary as "and
Miliary".

I could not find Pirmasens Evaneliscue listed in Ernest Thode's German
-
English Genealogical Dictionary.

Would appreciate any help.
