Is there someone on this list that could please translate this phrase for
me?

Pirmasens Evaneliscue und Militar

I found "und Militar" in my German American Dictionary as "and Miliary".

I could not find Pirmasens Evaneliscue listed in Ernest Thode's German -
English Genealogical Dictionary.

Would appreciate any help.
