My relative resided in Luzerne County. I first phoned to learn the fee and
proper mailing address. Then I wrote with appropriate check enclosed. I
received whatever copy of Nat. papers they had. I suggest you follow the
same procedure with Clearfield. It is the Prothonotary that handles the
transaction.
