Hi everyone!

How's everyone's summer going?  Its been kinda quiet around here.  :-)

I've been busy with my projects and everything else in general.  A few days ago, I joined Facebook after getting tired of people telling me I should be there.  I wasn't sure if I'd like it at first but now I'm really enjoying it.

I'm also surprised to see how many of our group is already there.

What's nice is you can place a face with a name if a picture is posted.  I'm actually toying with idea of opening a branch group of the PADUTCH-LIFE List on there.  It would give us an additional avenue to chat and communicate better with each other.  If we did this, I know of one former member of our group who would rejoin.

This list will always be our main forum for those that prefer it, but we could do so much more in chat on Facebook.  If nterested or if you have comments and feedback on the idea, please  feel free to post to the list or to me privately.  This mailing list is great, but it obviously has its limitations with our chat oriented group.  The nice thing about a group on Facebook is our Inboxes wouldn't fill up as fast as it does now.  I know that's been an issue in the past for some of you.  That's why some moved to Digest to cut down on e-mail.

I think it would resolve some other things that have been in the works for awhile to enhance our group experience.

Again, I'm just toying with the idea so I don't know practical it would be.
