I had asked the contributor of that Arkansas land record page to explain
the land designations, especially section 15 (Alsey Pace and others).
Here is her reply, perhaps useful to one of you who do have ancestors on
the land listing.

All of the states, except the east coast states use a Township Range
Section system of pinpointing where the land is located. Here is a site

help you understand this:

You can see an actual copy of the land record at the BLM web site:

Click on "search land patents", enter your zip code on the next page,
then
enter the name you are interested in
Once the search engine finds it, click on the "document image" tab.
