Have just received a copy of the estate inventory of
Jesse Pace who must have died in 1807 as that is
when the inventory was presented to the court.

I think his wife was a Mourning Adams. A Mourning
Pace later married a Barnett inFluvanna in 1812.
Does anyone know if this is the same Mourning?

Names mentioned for sales of the estate are:
James Payne,Walker Timberlake,Mourning Pace,
John Howard, John B. Magruder.

The researcher who copied this for me included some
other notes on misc.wills in Fluvanna:

John-Will book 1,page 308-(inventory-1808)
Mary-Book 2, Page 303(will) and inventory p.307

She sent these along in case they would help me
and I am posting them in case someone else
can benefit

My mother's Uncle , William H. Pace, Son of
John R.Pace and Elizabeth? Married a
Sarah Pace,age,34, daughter of Jesse Pace and Martha E.
in 1885, Since there was a Jesse who died in 1807,there
must have been another Jesse later.
William H.Pace and Sarah Pace were both born in Fluvanna.
