Subject: [PACE-L] the Jesse Pace's in Fluvanna
Date: Tue, 14 May 2002 08:35:17 -0400
a researcher in Fluvanna found the following for me.
Jesse Pace m. Mourning Adams in 1797
She also said there was an estate accounting for a
Jesse Pace in 1807,which means someone by the
name of Jesse died intestate before 1807.
How do you get information from an estate accounting?
Also you mention a Jesse F. b. 1825.
Bessie Pace Failes inherited part of my grgrandfather's
land in 1913 from her mother Mary Susan Gregory Pace
widow of Richard Alphonse Pace,,son of JohnR.Pace b.
1809.possibly the son of Elizabeth Pace.
She immediately conveyed it to a J.F.Pace (is he a
Jesse.) There was a J.F.Pace(john Floyd) son of
John Hartwell Pace .Have not yet established a
connection between the family of John R. Pace
and John Hartwell Pace but believe there is one
somewhere.
Again-- Mary Susan Gregory was first married to
Richard Alphonse Pace ,son of JOhn R. Pace
and later to Walter W. Pace, son of JOhn
Hartwell Pace.
Thanks to everyone for all this information on
the Fluvanna Paces.
