A class action, or any kind of suit, would have to brought by persons with standing under the law -- meaning plot-holders or descendents, for the most part. Friends of Mt. Moriah as a group lacks standing to sue. Neighbors might be able to put something together, people who own property nearby and could make a case that their properties are devalued because of the cemetery owner's negligence. But there's the rub - finding the real owner on whom to serve papers.

Has anyone considered a CLASS-ACTION suit against the cemetary for the
way that they grounds are kept. My daughter is there. I hate her being
there. It is horrible.

I would love to be able to be included on a trip to Mount
Mariah, but am in Texas so it is almost impossible to make
a trip at this time.
I would however be glad to pay a reasonable fee to someone
to take some photos for me. If anyone is willing to take
photos of a couple of plots please let me know.
