Subject: searching for James Stimer in lower Oxford in 1810

I am searching for James Stimer in Lower Oxford Twp., Chester Co. He was in the 1810 census. Does anyone have any information about him or his family? There was 3 boys and one girl in 1810.
I am having a real problem finding anything about the Stimer name, I can find them in the census but to get any information about their life in the towns they lived is hopeless.
We must have been very quiet people. LOL
