To wife Ann, 1/3 of estate except that which is or shall belong to me in east
Nottingham before or after the decease of my mother which said plantation
is to
be sold immediately after the decease of my mother and pay my brothers what is
due and the remainder to my sons at age 21.
Exs. to sell all lands in Cecil County and over at Redstone Settlement or
Monongahela.
Elisha Price, of town of Chester, and Samuel Gilpin and Joseph Gelpin, both of
afsd. county, exs.
Wit: William Ewing, Samuel Ewing, William Gillespie. 39.688
Elisha Price, refuses executorship of his brother's will as he dwells at a
considerable distance in Pennsylvania.
