Charlotte and Lorelee,
Well, perhaps we ARE connected! My great grandaunt was Orpha Thompson
Richardson who emigrated to OR in 1851 along with her husband, John Griffin
Richardson, and about 20 members of her family including children and
grandchildren. Would be interested in Richardson and Thompson information.
Orpha's brother, Enoch Thompson, was my gg grandfather. He and his immediate
family emigrated to Linn Co in abt 1864.

Dear Lorelee:

I am researching JONES, Laura and Alidene. I don't know if they were
siblings or mother and daughter respectively.

Alidene married a RICHARDSON 23 May 1929. A witness to that marriage was a
Laura JONES.

The surname RICHARDSON has a connection to BILYEU beginning in the latter
part of the 19th century.

I have just recently come by the Alidene JONES information and it is sketchy
at best. I don't know who her parents were. I have good information on the
RICHARDSON lineage, though it is not as extensive as I would like it to be.

I realize that this might be a shot in the dark, but I am hopeful that you
might see a connection in your research and that we can help each other out a
bit.

My thanks,

Charlotte
