Slight correction: the town is New Castle, Delaware. Nice little town and for
those who are amateur radio enthisiasts there is a branch of Ham Radio Outlet
there--and there's no sales tax in Delaware!
The house where the first proclamation against slavery was signed was built
by Thones Kunders, my wife's great (whatever) grandfather. It is in Germantown,
marked by a state historical plaque, at Germantown Avenue and Knox Street.
