Morning everyone ... The Gkobe and Mail is digitzed, and is in a similiar
format to searching The Toronto Star "Pages of the Past".
The Toronto Telegram is not online: it is poorly microfilmed (and for some
years the classifieds were not filmed - and it was the classifieds pages
that included the births, marriages and deaths .... grrrrrrrr!). However I
havce heard that there a "plans" to have it digitized (but from the
microfilm grrrrr again!!!
The Telegram needs to be re-microfilmed from the originals - if indeed they
still exist and were not destroyed after the microfilming. .
Finally the Copyright to the Toronto Telegram is currently owned by
Corporation that owns the Toronto Sun.
