The land in question did not belong to the Dewars, note that their
total package is 198 acres.
This 2 acre lot at the corner in the road belonged to William Malloy,
Proprietor, Saw and Shingle Mill. Lumber constantly on hand. Lumber
planed to order
This info is from the record in the Atlas.
