Hi Annette, Thank You. I just checked a family - arrived on
Palation May 13 1898
Ilushka - age 24 - was transcribed as Flarka

Yakym - age 25 - was transcribed as Takreta

Mikolaj - was transcribed as Mikolaj Dwioneoruk [
where Dwioneoruk came from ? - it is not on the list]

Kindrat - born 1838 - was transcribed as Kinoral.
At least the Surname was Transcribed correctly - this is the one that
usually creates problems.

Is there a way - to suggest corrections ?
Can only imagine - all the persons who will never be found. on the
transcribed information.
* I know how difficult it can be - have done some transcribing from
passenger lists / census etc
