My father crossed the border from Bflo. to Fort Erie daily for many years to
work. He eventually became a landed immigrant in F. E.
I crossed the border daily from F. E. to Bflo. to work in Bflo. I did this
for 25 yrs. I had to have a "Green Card" to do this and register annually.
It was a much less complicated process in those days.
