Fortunately, her first name is the beneficial factor here as there are not that many persons named Sophronia Early/Roach. Also her son-in-law as informant is the same one she is living with in the 1911 Census.

I have "Roach" in my family - oh boy! So many similar first names of Patrick, William, John etc. that it is difficult to trace.

Meanwhile - i think this may be your Charles. This is based on birth year and that he died between 1901 Census and 1911 Census.
