Hi,
If the person married in England ( UK ) and then married again in Canada
without being divorced
then the person has committed BIGAMY.
Any issue of this marriage would, by UK law be considered illegit.
I could be wrong, but were not the laws something similar in both countries.
I would imagine the person would be able to get away with it - after all
who is going to go to the
trouble of searching.
