It will cost you approx £100 (over $215 Can/US) to obtain
that Barnardo file.

And...... who's to say you aren't the last living relative.
How do they know?

Go for it without all the rig-ama-roll.

You fill out the on-line form and send to them.
I think then they will confirm if they have the record and how much $$ it
will cost you.
Many of them contain 2 pictures - one before and one all spiffed up before
leaving port.
