I have Ancestry.ca and tried to look up the death of Eliza Hanna with those
dates but did not find one who was born and died as you described.
Are you sure about the birth and death dates?
Do you have any other info, such as huband's name or a child perhaps?
Some death registrations do carry the names of the parents, you might be
lucky.
