I would need the name of the person as that is the way the records are set
up. The Border Cross and Passenger and Crew Lists 1905-1957 and Boarder
crossing from Canada to the US cover 1895-1956 BUT the immigration records
will also come up for crossing to NY and ports of arrival in the US.
I do believe that your relative came too early but I would be happy to
check for you.

I would be glad to look for any border crossing records for those who do not
have access to this program. I found a couple of spouse's using this
feature.

Also, do not forget to use the WW-1 draft registration (if the time frame
fits), it offers a lot of information including a physical description and
signature.
