Hi Rebecca,

These past 2 weeks I've been working on a family line which turned up an interesting article on 3 soldiers from Aurora that went to the North West in the winter of 1885 and took part in this Rebellion. Their names are:

W. J. Fleury---Lieutenant
W. H. Taylor--Colour-Sergeant (the family member I'm researching)
W. J. Ough--Bugler

I have a copy of the article, entitled "Old Soldiers Never Die!" which came from the Aurora Banner, (Friday June 27, 1941) which I'll scan and send to you.
