Hi List,

Can someone please help me with the address and name of a hotel, probably in the Byward Market area of Ottawa, which was owned by the Goulden family in the late 1800s and early 1900s.

In 1881 the proprietor was Charles GOULDEN and after 1895 the proprietor was Willam GOULDEN. Unfortunately on both the 1881 and 1901 censuses they do not give an actual address. So if someone who has a business directory for the period could do a look up it would be much appreciated.
