Hi List members:
I have been asked to loan my information I have on our local cemetery. Buy
using the local branch of the OGS, I was purchased a copy and was able to
get most of the names of those buried there.
Then I used the official cemetery book to cross reference the names for
correct spelling, burials with no stones.
In all, this took me over a period of six months to do.
With corrections , and dates filled in ,I have made a surname list with the
lot numbers the people are buried.
I gave the updated version to the local OGS branch as a thank-you for all
their hard work they do in our area.
Sorry to be so long on this.
My question is this.
Now a group want to borrow my surname list. Would this list if made public
be a breach of the privacy act?
Thank-you
Please reply to me off list, unless the List Mom states it is OK to post
this to the list
Sheila
