The online 1881 census (http://www.familysearch.org/ )
reveals a 19 year old Margaret Caverly living with her
parents (William and Hannah) and siblings in Matchedash &
Orillia, Simcoe North, Ontario
You can get the complete details at the URL above - choose
SEARCH FOR YOUR ANCESTORS.... then choose CENSUS

You can have a look in the Vital Stats indexes (they are on
microfilm so can be ordered in to any Family History
Centre) for this birth. That will give you the father's
full name.
???FOX died, and his brother

You can also have a hunt in the Vital Stats indexes for the
death of Mr. Fox (once you find his first name on the birth
record of his son), and the marriage of Walter to Margaret.
> details of her birth, are those available on-line,
1862 was too early for vital stats, you could try church
records for the Orillia area. You want Simcoe County and
the 1881 census will give you their religion so you can
figure out where the church records are. for help with this
see http://olivetreegenealogy.com/can/ont/church.shtml
I would also (if you are interested in Margaret) check the
1871 index to heads of household online. Find her father's
name, then order the full record from NAC (National
Archives of Canada) The explanation as to how to order a
copy of the census page is given on their website at their
search engine for the census database.

If you get the Agricultural portion of the 1871 census as
well as the Personal, you can find out exactly where the
Calverley family lived.
(I took a peek and the 1871 census shows that he is a
farmer, so he likely owned land)
Good luck
