OBITUARY: The Bolton Enterprise-Dec 19th 1924

DEATH OF JOHN WALLACE, p. 1

Death claimed a well-known pioneer resident of Albion on Friday last in the
person of John Wallace, after a short illness. Mr. Wallace, who was well over
four-score years at the time of his death, was for a long period prominently
associated with the history of the Locton district, and was well and favorably
known to a large circle of friends. His wife (nee Margaret Garrity) passed
away some years ago. He is survived by six daughters and five sons, Mrs. Edward
Malone, of Regina; Mrs. Joseph Horan, of Toronto; Mrs. Jhon Horan, of
Winnipeg; Mrs. Flaherty, of Caledon; Mrs. Frank Sullivan and Mrs. Peter Kenney of
Albion; Patrick, of Detroit; Charles, Of Winnipeg; John, of Wisconsin; Willie and
Vincent, of Albion. Funeral took place to St. John's church, Albion, on
Monday.
