"Do you Remember 15 Years Ago?"

The "Talkies" are coming to St Marys. Mr. HJ Sutherland,
manager of the Lyric Theatre, has decided that, and he is
at
present completing arrangements for the installation of the
new equipment

Mr and mrs. john Colquhoun, of Port Huron, were weekend
visiting with the former's mother in town. Mr. Colquhoun
will be remembered as "Narrow" colquhoun, the great home
player in the old Alert Lacrosse Days

Mr. Clarence Southall, who has been employed by Mr L.A.
Ball
in his furniture and undertaking establishment for a number
of years, left Tues. for Hamilton where he has secured a
position with J.A. Robinson and Co., underakers

Mr. Jasper Walkom has had a great start with early tomatoes
this season. He started some plants in the window of his
insurance office which has a southern exposure. The plants
have done well and already have fully formed tomatoes on
the
vines. This week he is transplanting them to his garden.
