Hi everyone

I recently purchased an antique frame with an arial photo of a
farmhouse, barn and outbuildings. When we took the photo out (I
bought it for the frame) we found two more pictures behind,
plus a shipping label.

The shipping label (with postage attached) is addressed to Mr.
O.W. Stong, RR 1, Maple, Ontario, and written in pencil is
"April 1952 Lot 25, Conc. 4, North York" It is from Skyview
Photos Ltd and is obviously part of the package that the arial
photo came in.

One of the hidden pictures was a charcoal portrait of a woman,
circa 1880-1890 clothing. It's a head and shoulders portrait,
and on the back in pencil is written "Mr. Hoover, Conc. 4,
Midland (it looks like Midland, is definitely "xxxland"). The
cost for having it framed is given - $2.50 :-)

Under that portrait was an old print, dated 1906.

Each of these prints, photos and drawings are 16x20.

I have taken a photo of each one and will upload them to my
website tomorrow morning. Anyone who is descended from this
family can contact me if they want the photos and portrait. All
you need do is pay mailing costs and they are yours.

Watch for the URL tomorrow to view the pictures. I'm keeping
the frame but the portrait should go to a descendant or
relative, also the arial photo of the farm.

I hope they find a home!
