Hi Gerry.

The Post 1901 Census Project website at the URL following my signature
contains a number of sample letters as examples of what some others have
written. There are mailing addresses and email addresses for all
Members of Parliament and Senators as well as for the Prime Minister,
Minister of Industry, and Chief Statistician of Canada.

I would suggest those living outside of Canada write to the Prime
Minister Jean Chretien, Minister of Industy Alan Rock, and Chief
Statistician Dr. Ivan P. Fellegi, with copies to Senator Lorna Milne.
Those living outside of Canada may also download and use the
Non-Resident petition which is worded so as to compliment the other
petitions, which are for residents of Canada only.
