Why not use a Pay Pal account? https://www.paypal.com.

I know of some one that uses her Pay pal account to transfer money
from her French bank account to her U.S. bank acocunt - as it's easier,
faster, more reliable, and cheaper than having it wired by the bank.

Why not look into it?
