Subject: [Ont] Petition?

Regarding a petition:
Most of us interested in Genealogical, may be housebound and wonder how
we are supposed to get petitions filled out?
Where is the list of email addresses of those government officials to
whom we can sent our request for the opening of the 1911 Census?
I am not going to run from door to door on my street to collect names
and addresses of my neighbours, most of whom are chasing the almighty
bucks, as I live in Silicon City North, where a lot of new baby stroller
pushers are moving in and the old time residents are moving south or
down sizing, as their mates may have died and the children flown the
coop, usually leaving half their stuff for the elder to deal with in as
best they can.
So give me the relevant Email addresses, to whom I can launch a request
for the Census Opening.
These people probably have black sheep in their past to hide, and hence
the reason for not opening the census. Are Prisons or jails or insane
asylums, hospitals, old age homes, nursing homes, hospitals, part of
the census? Illegitimate children? Divorces? etc.
