Gordon,

Thank you soooo much. I just spoke with Jack MEERE, whose phone number you
found, and we are of the same family. The other phone number is that of
his son, which is where I reached him! Thomas W. was his father and Raymond
Leonard, who died in WWII, his brother. And yes, Alfred James, who died in
WWI was their uncle.

I started on the lists in England where I had been able to bring one family
forward to 3 marriages of siblings in the early 1900s. I also visited the
War Graves site, where I thought I recognized the parents as one of the
married couples. Listers in England made suggestions and directed me to
this list. And, thanks to your help, I've established contact with living
relatives.
