You will find excellent records at: www.origins.net/gro. This is the
general registry office for Scots Origins at site that costs six pounds
(about 12ish dollars at current exchange rate. This is a per page
charge with 15 items on each page. You see listings from actual
registries. When you find the record you are looking for, they will
make a copy and sent it to you, (another fee). Hope this helps.
