I have borrowed, from one of my aunts, a book of newspaper articles that my
g-grandmother saved and will be posting them to his site. My g-grandmother,
Elizabeth (Covey) Edwards was raised in Midland and spent her married life
in Vasey (about 20 minutes north of Barrie in Simcoe County). Hope these
help someone.

In Memoriam
BROWN - In loving memory of a dear husband and father, Johnston. B. Brown,
who passed away May 18, 1951.
Your last parting wish we would like to have heard,
And breathed in your ear our last parting word.
Only those who have lost are able to tell
The pain in the heart at not saying farewell.
Ever remembered by his wife and family.
