Armed with this one should write a letter to a Library in Regina and ask
them if they would copy that page and send it on. Enclose a SASE for their
reply, there may be a chaarge for photocopying.

The same would apply the the other references quoted. Look up the
reference, find a library with the source and write to them.

I know this will take time but in the long run it may be worth the effort.
