These webpages are about folks from Co. Cavan and surrounding areas in
Ireland who emigrated to Canada in the 1800s and settled in the present day
Counties of Victoria and Peterborough.
The COOTE line of my ancestors goes back to before 1575,
making me at least a descendant of an 'old coote' <smile>

I'm hoping these data bases may be of interest to fellow listers and I
apologize in advance for the multiple postings.
