Stephen,
We're happy users of Brothers Keeper, which is a shareware program.
Following is the url for this program:

We used it to upload our Gedcom to WorldConnect and had no problem. There is
a mailing list for BK users - great tech support, not only from other BK
users, but also from the creator of the program, John Steed.
