I purchased the CD, because there were so many of my Simcoe coutry
relatives listed on it. As soon as I tried to get the reference book, I
became aware of the error on the CD (it is not even the same county). I
contacted FTM. They passed me off to BannerBlue who they said made the CD.
I still have the address: Banner Blue, P.O. Box 6865, Fremont, California

The person at FTM told me it could take as long as three weeks to here back
from them. I am still waiting to hear from them! My message requesting
either corrected reference or refund of purchase price of the CD was sent
5/29/1998.
