I recently was in contact with a kind lady who has the memorial inscription books for all of Dufferin County and she was able to supply the following information about a grave site in St. David's Cemetary in Shelburne where there is only one LOVELY grave and it is marked "Plot card LOVELY". Can anyone tell me what this plot card means?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
