John SHEFFIELD and Sarah MOWTHORPE
married Christiana ?? ca 1839. They came to Markham Tp. in 1844-
1845. By 1871 were in Oro Tp. Simcoe Co.
Religion: Primitive Methodist

Dawson b. 1826 Yorkshire, brother of Paul also came to Canada. He married
Susannah PARKHILL and lived in Vaughan Tp and then Toronto Tp.
Known children William John b. 1860 and Margaret Lilla 1863.
