Maybe I worded my request incorrectly.

I know that this surname has several different spellings and always has
had.

What I am trying to find is information on two given names within thes
family.

One is Joseph Ouellette ??, born in a801 in Canada.
The other is his son Joseph Prudent Ouellette ??, born around 1832, in
Canada.

I have not been able to document if they were born in Ontario or in
Quebec. This is the reason I have sent this message to both lists.
Hoping for info on these two men.
