I am also looking for the last name of Woody in Texas County, OK. I have an Ida Mae Woody who was born about 1882 in Arkansas. On the 1920 census her brother Owen E. Woody is living with her and her husband Robbert O. Prichard as the head of household in Graham, Carter OK. I don't know where Owen E. Woody from this census goes afterwards but my Prichard family lives in Guymon on the 1930 census and eventually a lot of them end up in Southern California. If you find any further back than this generation of the Woody family please let me know. I am kind of leaning toward a John Thomas Woody, as the father of Ida Mae and Owen Woody, but I don't have proof yet. My email address is . Thanks!
