My reseach so far have found that Yeamans in the Oakwood cemetery is spelled 'YEOMANS'. There's an Albert Yoemans 1826-1890 and his wife Emily. Here's a link to my finds:

As far as 'Waters', there was a Cleveland Waters 1886-1960. Here's a link:

NOW...there are several 'WATTERS' in the Saint Marys cemetery 2 doors from the Oakwood cemetery. The spelling is different, though. Here's a link to them:
