It could possibly. The smaller book is from the death indexes for whatever
years are listed. The memorial book is listing by cemetery of the persons
buried there (that is my understanding at least). Unless your Memorial Book
has a section that lists deaths by year, but my memory of the microfilm I
saw is that it by cemetery only.
