Sheri Pettit will speak on the process and importance of
Documenting your genealogy

The process of compiling stories for the new history book continues. We will
continue to accept stories while we process the stories and photos we have
received. We cannot promise when the final cutoff will be, so get them in as
early as possible. Emailed stories and photos (scanned at 300 dpi and saved
in tif or jpg format) attached to the story email is the quickest and easiest
way for both sending and receiving items. Any attachment must be described
in the email, and should include full list of persons in the photo, listed
l-r,by rows, starting at the bottom or front. We need full mailing address
for the submitter.

Has your church , organization, or business been contacted or submitted its
story? Help us make this a comprehensive volume by urging the leaders of
groups to write and send in those stories.
For groups it is 250 words and a photo free.

Pages for business histories/ads are available for $200, half pages for $110,
and quaarter pages for $60. Please email me or contact any society officer
for details.

Those prices also apply for individuals and families wanting space for
memorials.
