Hi! I am looking to gather information on the McCartney family that was in Lawrence County very early in the 1800s. Daniel and Sarah (Price) McCartney moved to Lawrence County about 1807 or 1808 with their family. They settled in Upper Township with children Hannah, William, David, Sarah, Vincent, and Peter. Daughter Sarah married John C. Stewart (I descend from them). Some of the family moved to Indiana after 1830. What happened to the rest of the family? Does anyone have any information on them? Thanks for your help.
