The New Testament, published by The American Bible Society, New
York, 1870. Contains birth, marriage, and death records for the
GANTT and BENSON families. Twelve births are recorded, beginning
with Calvin GANTT, born 7 April 1810, and Diann COLE, his wife,
born 8 February 1811. Five marriages are recorded, beginning
with Calvin GANTT to Diann COLE on 18 October 1836 in Vermont.
Fourteen deaths are recorded, ranging from 1843 to 1948. Other
surnames in the Bible are BRACE, BROWN, GOTT, GEE, ROCKWELL,
RUTAN, and RAIFSIDER? It appears that the Bible was located in
Mansfield, Tioga County, Pennsylvania.
