I just looked at ancestry.com for you. Do you know a Warren H Houck
? He has apparently been working on the same family
that you are as he had Lemuel and Cenia entered in the Ancestry World Tree
Project, although he didn't list any vitals, but how many Lemuel Milton
Bailey's can there be married to Cenia Jackson ;-)
And I see that you've already been to the genealogy forums.

Unfortunately, Ii only have the 1863 Gallipolis Journal. But I can check on
Tuesday with the current Gallipolis paper and see if they have obits for
1884 already alphabetized in their system. Unless she had some tie to
Gallia County, it probably wasn't in the paper. The Lawrence County stuff
is basically stuff of interest from the Lawrence County paper that the
editor of the Journal decided to publish.
If there's anything I can do to help, I'd certainly be glad to do it. Do
you have any idea what month she even died in?
Thanks,
Linda
