For many years I have been searching for my gr grandmother's grave--or
any notice of her death. She was CENIA JACKSON BAILEY, wife of LEMUEL
MILTON BAILEY. a Civil War Veteran. From Lemuel's pension application, I
found that CENIA (SEENA, SINA) BAILEY died in 1884 in Rockwood, Lawrence
Co. Ohio. Could you see if there is a death notice for her, or an
obituary in your old newspaper records? Sometimes this family's name is
written BALEY.
